Brodsters is 2!

I am a little late on this post...our Brody turned 2. We talked up his Birthday with him so much that we had him saying "I'm 2". What a cutie! Holly blessed her twins on Brody's B-day, so we decided to have a combined party for all three of them.

Brody could not have had a better day. He was too excited after the first present to open more, so we kind of had to force him to open them. What a mean mom, huh?!
Other things that have been happening:
Jeff's work is going great and he continues to get new patients. Preferred is taking him and some other staff to Disneyland on Friday! Fun for him! To help dad out we like to take the trash out for him. Brody always says "I HELP" and loves to do anything you ask him to do:

I have been staying busy watching my sister's kiddos three days a week while her business continues to pick up. Her kids are great and Brody cannot wait to see them. As you can see, I put them to WORK!!!


Her youngest daughter is a great dancer and had a dance recital a few weeks ago:



I know I am winning the worst blogger award, but I really need to do better for myself. Hopefully make a book out of our memories someday!

Our fun new toy

Recently we got a fun toy...a golf cart. Because Jeff's parents, his sister, and my sister all live in the Cortina neighborhood we thought it would be a fun thing to have. It really has been. One afternoon we went and picked up the Newman gang...

Yesturday Brody was eating some sloppy spaghetti-o's. He said to me "Mamma" and then a little softer so I got really close because I thought he was going to tell me a secret. He planted a big tomatoey kiss right on my nose...

You can't see the red too well, but it is there. What a cutie!

Easter 2009

Easter was a great day! We met with Jeff's family in the morning and my family at night. Two Easter egg hunts for Brody...what could be better.

Train ride and new home

We have been super busy with moving. I love the house we are renting in Queen Creek...it has a great backyard with lots of room for Brody to run around. Seriously, I am lovin it! After almost 10 months of living with Jeff's parents I am super glad that we have our own roof over our heads.
This past week was cousin Tyson's third Birthday party at McCormick Park in Scottsdale.

Brody loved the train ride and was even more in love with the shirt Rick and Kristi made for the kiddos to take home. He wore his shirt proudly around all day and even slept in it that night. When Jeff got home he stuck his belly out a little further than normal showing off the cool train print on his shirt!

Elder Ryan Wiemer

My little brother Ryan is doing great on his Washington D.C. Spanish speaking mission and sends letters and pictures every week to the family to keep us all posted. Here is his latest picture: (He is on the left)

Jeff's cousin Traci got married this past Friday and at her reception had a photo booth. What a cute idea! Here is our pict. from it...everyone else was treating it like a kissing booth...so we did the same!

On a side note...we are moving on Tuesday!!! I am so excited to rent out a house from my friend Tiffany. She and her husband have been kind enough to let us rent one of their beautiful homes in Cortina. Queen Creek here we come!

Funniest picture ever!

Jeff and I are going through old family photos and ran across this one. He he it is hilarious! Scott, Jeff's brother, is the one in the back! He hates roller coasters to no end. It is so funny...we are all enjoying ourselves and Scott is so scared.
