We've got a temper problem

I am learning that Brody has some serious temper issues. When that kid gets mad I just get out of his royal way. Can you believe that he is not even in his terrible twos yet? Today cousin Raiden was teasing him with a toy and Brody yelled, clenched his fists, and threw himself on the ground. He's still the cutest boy in the world, but I am a little nervous to see what the future temper will bring. On another note, we have been trying to qualify for a home loan and I am sad to report that our first try was rejected...second place is not saying good things. We have absolutly no debt except for one car loan and the dreaded school loans. Our stinkin school loans are so massive that we will be retired, not able to go to IHOP because we have to save our money for our monthly school loan bill. I guess the worse thing that would happen to us would be that we rent. Not the worst in the world. More info on that to come...

:( That sucks about the house stuff!! This economy sucks! Shouldn't it matter that you have NO DEBT and probably good credit scores??! We were so frustrated and Eric's parents ended up having to cosign a loan otherwise we woulnd't have been able to buy one either...stupid! AND I am so beginning to fear the loans...first payment BIG is next month...:( ICK!

Where have you been looking at houses? I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it if you rented in our neighborhood. Also the temper tantrum thing will probably get worse before it gets better :) Robby is in the middle of it right now and it is NO FUN. He throws toys, screams, and kicks like crazy when he doesn't get his way.
